Mixed development on one of South London's busiest thoroughfares totalling in excess of 100,000 sq. ft.
The scheme provides 60,000 sq. ft of retail / warehouse, refurbishment of 1930's Bowater Building to high quality office space (15,000 sq. ft.) and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail showroom.
The contract was awarded to Brennan following a successful competitive Design and Build bid. The contract included infrastructure works and landscaping.
