Thurrock Retail Park (Lakeside)
The Junction awarded Brennan Construction the contract to refurbish the first two phases of West Thurrock Retail Park (Lakeside).
After a two-week 'soft' start and enabling works, the contract commenced on 14th March 2005. Phase I value is in the region of £5.4 million and Phase II will bring the project to circa £8 million over a programme of 34 weeks.

- Amenity blocks
- Re-roofing
- Car Park re-modelling
