This refurbishment and regeneration of an existing retail unit spans a twenty-five week programme and includes the reduction of a derelict retail unit back to its original steel frame.
Substantial modification have been made to enable the construction of feature entrance ‘pods’ and the tailoring of the structure to suit the end user. Also included was the construction of amenity blocks, M & E to the retail areas, the construction of a Garden Project Centre and a car park development for 139 spaces.
