Brennan Construction Division carried out the Design and Construction of Wolseley's new 26000 sq ft extension to their head office.
The project was taken from 'blank sheet of paper' through planning, design and construction with a value of approximately £4m.
The building is a steel framed structure over three storeys with metal decked concrete floors, a mixture of glass curtain walling and composite cladding and a single ply roofing system.
The office comprises air conditioned open plan floors, an open atrium entrance area with feature staircase and the first floor area has been fully fitted out as Wolseley's new IT centre.
